Our Programs & Classes

These programs are taught based on each persons individual needs,likes and dislikes making it possible for anyone at any level to train and learn at their own pace. Home study courses are also offered through notes and video training.


Yoga Martial Fitness ( Madjapahit Silat )
This program is designed to mix yoga, Fitness and ground fighting techniques from 11 different martial Arts for people to be able to fight multiple opponents from the ground. Its main purpose is to build flexibility, coordination and fitness for people of all ages especially anyone over 45 to senior citizens. It is the most popular program at the martial art studio and is taught 3 days a week.


Bruce Lee Jun Fan Gung Fu and Jeet Kune Do Concepts
Jun Fan Gung Fu and Jeet Kune Do has elements of 26 styles to form its foundation. This is the Art that Bruce Lee taught and practiced while he was alive. It is a scientific street combat art for self-defense. Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do training is based on the four ranges of combat which are kicking, punching, trapping, and grappling. For self-defense, emphasis is on trapping range and weapons training.


Rapid Assault Tactics (R.A.T. System)
This system is a streamlined system based on Bruce Lee's Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do and the Filipino Martial Arts (Kali, Eskrima, Dumog, Pananiakman, Kino Mutai) designed to be easily learned and highly effective for anyone and is the core of our self-defense system.

Instructor John Noonan offers private and semi-private classes and one-day and two-day workshops with Certificate of Completion.

There is a ranking system of Phase One-Level One (Basic Beginner)through Phase three-Level Three (Advanced/Pre-Instructor.)


Filipino Martial Arts
The styles that form the foundation of this system are based on Kali, Eskrima, Dumog, Pananiakman, Kino Mutai, and Silat. Main emphasis is on blunt and edged weapons defense which are single and double stick, single and double knife, and stick and knife training.  >
